Catastrophic Health Planners, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization chartered to provide free educational development, support, and referrals for improving the quality of life of individuals and families facing severe health events. CHP is a 100% volunteer organization. Contributions are not accepted from patients and their families while facing a catastrophic health event. Contributions may be provided through direct contributions from the general public, corporations, grants, foundations, and philanthropic fund raising activities. Contributions may be made by: Direct donations, vehicle donations, In-kind donations and through Charitable trusts.
